Below are pictures of a “collapsed truck that killed a woman at a Timber market in Nnewi, Anambra” state earlier today.

This truck carrying planks collapsed on a woman waiting patiently for security men to open the market. The woman died instantly.

This truck collapsed due to the sloppy and bad nature of Nnewi market roads.

The Anambra State Government should take urgent measures to prevent future reoccurrence.

Kindly note that Nnewi has the worst road network in Anambra state. While the previous administration led by Peter Obi did almost nothing to save Nnewi from bad road network, the present administration under Willie Obiano has nothing on ground to show that Nnewi roads will be rehabilitated sooner or later. – Online Reporter
